Capital Candy Company offers our retailers all of the products that they need to make good pizza. Our two programs are Take 2 Pizza and DeIOrio’s. Take 2 Pizza offers dough balls while DeIOrio’s offers a variety of dough products such as dough balls, shells, flats, etc. DeIOrio’s also offers a free in store demonstration when you sign up for their program.

Take 2 Dough Productions originated in Sanford, ME in 1991. The company grew from producing 300 pounds of dough per week to 20 tons per week. Today the Company is New England’s premier dough producer. The company voluntarily adopted the HAACP Hazard Assessment Critical Control Point program to ensure the consistency of their products. Take 2 Dough Productions products are all certified Kosher and Vegan approved.

Since its start in 1924 in Utica, NY, DeIOrio’s has continued to make a variety of dough products using family recipes. The company processes and tests every batch of dough during and after production to provide consistent quality. The company is well known for their old world home-style flavors and quality assured products.
